This section is designed to establish a “chain-of-command” for emergencies and establish responsibilities of each member. This command structure is important to help ensure a smooth response not only during the emergency but after it is over.
The size and scope of an emergency cannot be predicted. Therefore, we have taken precautions to build in potential growth of the emergency staff on an as needed basis. The Property Manager will decide if this growth is needed on a case-by-case basis.
All members of building staff are familiar with the Emergency Plan and are regularly drilled in their roles and duties.
